Each ticket is sold for the entry as detailed on the ticket. Each person requires a ticket for their allotted session. Babes in arms (aged 18 months or under) will not be charged.
In order to make each event special, guests are requested to arrive at the Ranch no more than 15 minutes before their allotted time.
Guests are kindly requested to leave promptly at the end of their allotted session, this is to ensure the whole day runs smoothly for everyone. Please be aware that staff will politely ask customers to leave at the end of each session.
Guests who arrive late may still be admitted for their session but they will be expected to leave on time at the end of their allotted session. It will not be possible to provide an extension to their session and may result in certain parts of the experience being missed.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. Guests who purchase tickets from a third party will not be permitted entry to the Ranch. Booking a session with Somerset Reindeer Ranch
is an agreement and commitment between the Guest and the Ranch for the date and time of the booking. Once the booking is made it cannot be changed. If you do not attend at the date and time agreed, Somerset Reindeer Ranch is under no obligation to re-book or refund the session.
All Guests are requested provide proof of purchase at the gate when requested, either via mobile device or print out.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please inform a member of staff during your visit. Somerset Reindeer Ranch management will not consider any complaints from a guest once they have departed the Ranch.

Guests are reminded that Somerset Reindeer Ranch is a working farm and as such everyone must wrap up warm and wear appropriately substantial footwear, (ie wellies or walking boots). The Ranch will not be held responsible for damage caused from mud, dirt and wet ground. (For example, expensive trainers or stilettos should not to be worn).
All vehicles are driven on the Ranch parked at the vehicle owner's risk, Somerset Reindeer Ranch assumes no responsibility for damage to a vehicle whilst it is on site. We are a working farm, some tracks can be muddy and uneven in places. If in doubt please speak to member of staff on arrival.
Certified professional carers are welcome free of charge, when working in support of a paying guest. This offer does not extend to parents, or other family members of the paying guest.
We welcome people with special needs but regretfully we are unable to officially provide wheelchair access. Many wheelchair users have attended over the years and were able to completely enjoy the experience. We are a working farm so wheelchairs need to be 'off-road' capable. Please call to discuss further if required. A disabled toilet is available site, and there are baby changing facilities.
Somerset Reindeer Ranch or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording within the site and its events, which may feature guests. Entry to the site and our attractions are deemed acceptance of these conditions, and guests therefore agree that Somerset Reindeer Ranch or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity, in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever.1Guests further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Somerset Reindeer Ranch.
