DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE Terms and Conditions for 2020.

  • All staff will wear COVID compliant PPE and will observe social distancing at all times. We respectfully request the driver wears a mask when interacting with staff at the entrance and exit of the Ranch.

  • Please ensure you have bought a ticket for each person attending the Drive Through. Babes in arms (aged 12 months or under) will not be charged.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. Customers who purchase tickets from a third party will not be permitted entry to the Ranch. However, if the UK Government enforces a nationwide lock down, WHICH CLOSES THE RANCH TO THE PUBLIC, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the 2021 Christmas Experience, at no extra charge. You will NOT be entitled to a refund and will be emailed with details of the future booking, before the end of December. This only applies to Ranch closure and not to any individual inability to attend for any reason.

  • In order to make each event special, customers as requested to arrive for their Drive through experience within the 20min allocated slot time.

  • Drive through guests must stay within their vehicle throughout the Drive through experience. Public toilet facilities are not available. Additional Car parking is not available, and changing cars on site is prohibited.

  • All customers are requested provide proof of purchase at the gate when requested.

  • The ticket price includes admission for one person, children and adults are the same price.

  • In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please inform a member of staff during your visit, management will not consider any complaints received from a customer after they have left the property.

VIP EXPERIENCE Terms and Conditions for 2020.

  • Guest are requested to arrive no more than 5 minutes before their experience. And respectfully asked to leave on time at the end of their session. This will help us to maintain social distancing at all time.

  • All staff will wear COVID compliant PPE and will observe social distancing at all times. We respectfully request the guests wear masks when interacting with staff and inside the Reindeer barn and Reindeer Lodge. (In accordance with the Coronavirus Act 2020).

  • Under no circumstances are dogs allowed onto the property, except for guide dogs. This includes leaving dogs in cars for the duration of the visit. There is no ability to walk dogs whilst on the site.

  • In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please inform a member of staff during your visit, management will not consider any complaints received from a customer after they have left the property.

  • Customers are reminded that we are a working farm and as such everyone must wrap up warm and wear appropriately substantial footwear, (ie wellies or walking boots). The Ranch will not be held responsible for damage caused from mud, dirt and wet ground. (For example, expensive trainers or stilettos should not to be worn).
