Please read the Terms and Conditions to ensure you have a truly Magical Easter Experience 2022.

  • Due to the expense of putting on this event, and the different prices for each session, we CANNOT issue refunds and CANNOT move ticket dates once they have been purchased.

  • Please be sure you can attend the session you book, and please ensure you purchase enough tickets for everyone in your party. If you are coming with friends or family who are booking separately, please let us know so that we can ensure you all end up in the same group for the experience.

  • Each ticket is for the entry of one child (including 2x adults). Each child requires a ticket for the allotted session. Babes in arms (aged 18 months or under) will not be charged.

  • In order to make each event special, customers are requested to arrive at the Ranch no more than 15 minutes before their allotted time.

  • Customers are kindly requested to leave promptly at the end of their allotted session, this is to ensure the whole day runs smoothly for everyone. Please be aware that staff will politely ask customers to leave at the end of each session.

  • Customers who arrive late may still be admitted for their session but they will be expected to leave on time at the end of their allotted session. It will not be possible to provide an extension to their session and may result in certain parts of the experience being missed.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. Customers who purchase tickets from a third party will not be permitted entry to the Ranch.

  • All customers are requested provide proof of purchase at the gate when requested, either via mobile device or print out.

  • In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please inform a member of staff during your visit. Somerset Reindeer Ranch management will not consider any complaints from a guest once they have departed the Ranch.

  • Any questions before the event should be asked through email to somersetreindeer@btinternet.com, FaceBook is purely for advertising and updates, any correspondence via FaceBook will not be answered.

  • Customers are reminded that Somerset Reindeer Ranch is a working farm and as such everyone must wrap up warm and wear appropriately substantial footwear, (ie wellies or walking boots). The Ranch will not be held responsible for damage caused from mud, dirt and wet ground. (For example, expensive trainers or stilettos should not to be worn).

  • All vehicles are parked at the vehicle owner's risk, Somerset Reindeer Ranch assumes no responsibility for damage to a vehicle whilst it is on site.

  • If Government guidelines change, we may need to change the format to comply, we will inform you by email should this happen, refunds will not be given if guests do not to adhere to any additional safety measures we are forced to implement. Currently there is no requirement to wear face coverings, if this changes, an email will be sent and all guests will be expected to comply (unless exempt) to gain entry. For the safety of all, we request that our customers take a COVID test before attending. All staff will test themselves prior to coming on site each day.

  • We welcome people with special needs but regretfully we are unable to officially provide wheelchair access. Many wheelchair users have attended over the years and were able to completely enjoy the experience. We are a working farm so wheelchairs need to be 'off-road' capable. Please call to discuss further if required. An additional Disabled toilet will be on site, but there are no baby changing facilities.
